SCHOOL SHOPPING
Hogwarts School of Wizardry is ready to open it's doors for this academical year. The students have got their school books list for the academic year, many are surprised with the addition of two new electives, Alchemy and Magical Items & Devices. Prefects, Quidditch Captains and heads have been decided and badges are sent trhough mail.
Diagon Alley is filled with students and parents alike and Gringotts is seeing a huge number of people walking in. Many of the shops have hired a few extra hands to help out in the rush hour.

It had been listed that she was from Slytherin Alumni, when it was mentioned in her history that she was a Beuaxbatons alumni.
The history stops at the point of the mass break-out which happened in 1996. After that Augustus has participated in the War which took place on Halloween 1996. Add in a few words as to how that effected Caterina. Was she a part of the war? or was she away ?
Augustus Rookwood was among those death eaters who was well known and after the war he was captured and sent back to Azkaban, so that needs to be remembered as well and how is she reacting to that?
And on an IC level, there have been talks among the children of death eaters to free their parents from Azkaban. No one took the lead, but how does Caterina feel about this. Will she help break her father out?

I've got three announcements to make in this Decree. The first one :
I am pleased to inform that Arresto Momentum now has two Staff Members !! Please join your hands to welcome our lovely members Rye and Mirai to the staff team who will help you along.
Rye would be your Global Mod aka someone you can approach if you've got any doubts regarding the Site Lore and who will be going through the applications along with me.
Mirai would be one of AM's Moderator who will help you along with several things around the site. She is the one to approach when you've got any doubt in your claims and such.
I quite like the idea of Harry having approached Axel in fourth year but that didn't work out well. And now that the war is over, I guess we can try and have them interact and see how it goes. I cannot say that they will be the best of friends but friendly acquaintances of sorts is what I imagine.
Yessss !! I would like it if they were friends. A friendship which bloomed over the years I would say and yeah he would have known that she fled the castle during war time. I would like their interaction very much.
How about we have a thread for each of them? I might get a chance to start something today !
Harry might never have even noticed him during his first five years of school life and only after the war is he trying to talk to people a bit more and get to know them. Since Axel is from a different country, I think Harry would be intrigued as well as ashamed that he had noticed the raven before. He would try and talk to him at times.
Hestia W. Carrow is someone whom Axel might've encountered while at the library. The Slytherin spends most of her time in the place reading books and she is whom you would call a typical Ravenclaw student. I think they might get along well enough.
Harry has tried his best to talk to people a lot after the war, especially those who were in DA with him. So I guess that Susan would be one of them as well and given that he had encountered her aunt before he would definitely approach her to have a casual chat or so and enquire on how she is holding up after the whole war and all.
She's the misplaced Slytherin with the way she behaves. She's a sweetheart to the core and would often try to talk to people and befriend them. I think that they would've come across one another for one point or another.
