the family drama

Annabel is the eldest child to her parents followed by her brother, --- Delacour and a sister. The Delacour family was well known for their high ranking positions in the French Ministry and her father was the head of the DMLE equivalent.
Annabel went to the beauxbatons school like everyone in her family, and completed her education and went on to become a healer. That was where she met her future husband, Gerard. Gerard was the youngest child in the Delacroix family, and had 2 sisters and a brother. Annabel was co-workers with Gerard's sister, Hesper Delacroix who was an year elder to Anna. At one party she attended Hesper introduced Annabel to her brother hoping that the duo would hit off. Hesper went on to marry Mr.Burke the owner of Borgin and Burke at the same time her brother married Annabel.Her brother went on to marry a half-veela woman which caused a rift between the two siblings, as Annabel believed that her brother had been trapped by that woman. While the Delacour family was never prejudiced to begin with, Annabel on the other hand had high expectations as to whom she would associate herself with.And that was a partial reason why she had come across Gerard.
Gerard and Annabel married after courting each other for an year. two years later they had their first child, Celestina. After her, they had two more kids, a son Raphael and a daughter Joanne.

ever the noise/peace maker

Celestina was quite the noise maker at home and would often irritate Annabel. She owuld go around the whole house and scream at the top of her voice just so that she would wake up her sister and brother, hoping that they would play with her. As a kid she felt that her parents love was being divided, but with the way she behaved it was by default that Celestina ended up getting the most attention from her parents, not a good one, but it did not matter to her at that time. Celestina grew up learning a bit about magic and waited eagerly for a chance to start her schooling in Beauxbatons, the very place her parents have been to. She always had a special interest when it come to the beautiful gardens her mama grew on their manor grounds, and she ended up naming most of the plants just out of boredom. She wanted to be someone who would rival her mama in raising a beautiful garden over time. Celestina started her schooling, and her best subject turned out to be Defense, and the next was Charms. At school she was the one in charge of her year mate and would often find herself managing the petty feuds between others.

it's time fly from home

After completing her schooling, Celestina had not even thought twice before she tried to obtain apprenticeship under a known dueling champion. She wanted to be the best and that person seemed to have seen her zeal and accepted her along with one other wizard, Parkinson. It was the first time Celestina set her eyes on the British wizard and suffice to say he took her breath away. In a good way of course. But being the stubborn and old-fashioned witch, Celestina did not make a move to approach him. the duo worked under the master and soon began to participate in championships.They both were each other's seconds and their partnership was an envy to others. They worked well together, but somehow had the most contrasting personalities. She had completed her apprenticeship when she was 22 and both of them went their own ways. She went on to work as a spell creator. She began to work day and nights to try and invent her own spell. And in the end she did succeeded and by now there are a handful of spells she had created and few she had modified. In the year 1989, she moved to London to live with her aunt Hesper for a while and that was when Celestina firsthand know the prejudices rooted deep in the British wizarding world. It was not as though they were not present in France, but she had never been a witness to it. But living with the Burke family taught her enough. And slowly she found herself believing in the pureblood ideals as well. She started to work in the department of mysteries, the time chamber to be precise and enjoyed her work there. She even took some time to duel and continue maintaining her reputation. She had even earned the title as a Spell Creator with her numerous patents.

It was around the same time Celestina and her fellow apprentice met again. This time the setting was a bit more casual as it was in one of the Christmas ball and the duo were far more relaxed. They had talked to one another for quite a long time that night and went home with a smile and a determination to make the other their life-tie partner. Months passed and the two danced around each other, neither making the first move. It was Hesper who once again helped out the Delacroix witch and set the two on a date. Their first meet went spectacularly well and the two decided to take things slow rather than rush. And after having dated for about four years, on Celestina's thirty third birthday he surprised her with a lavish party and not to mention a diamond ring on her finger with a promise to be by her side till eternity. They have been engaged for almost two years, having had to postpone their wedding because of the war. But now that the dust has settled, Celestina is trying to concentrate on her career. She had applied as the DADA professor for the upcoming academic year and given her near-perfect academic record, she was given the opportunity. She was looking forward to the opportunity of teaching young minds though a part of her wonders how her fiancee's cousin would find the news of having to see her at school for a whole academic yea. Pansy did not know of her appointment news till now.
