Quidditch is the most played game in Hogwarts and in the wizarding world as a whole. is your character good at flying and the game, and then look no further, sign them up for their house team. Each team has a keeper, 2 beaters, 3 chasers and a seeker along with a captain and 2 reserve beaters and chasers. Due to the numerous accidents which may occur during the play, first year students are not allowed on the team. Students from 2nd year and above can try for their house team but would usually be selected as the reserves, unless any player has been dismissed from the game. A captain is usually a player who has been on the team for two or more years and is the senior most player. Usually the captains are either sixth or seventh year students. Reserve players are used when the original player is not available at the time of the match.
Please reply below if you want to join the team.
On an OOC level, no member can have two players in the same team. You can have players in different house teams, but not in the same team. This is to ensure that everyone has a chance. The exception to this rule is when you are playing canon.
