We accept the affiliates only if we can see our site affiliate on yours. And you can see that our affiliates are just below the header and static. So we expect our affiliate to be static as well on your site, and only if there isn't a chance for it, then we do accept ours to be in scrolling.

We do not affiliate with any site whose rating is mature. Our site is a PG-13 and we would like to keep it as such.
