.He loves sharing good things with others especially with his friends.He is brave, courageous and selfless. Harry’s bravery is beyond doubt. At 12, he went deep into the Chamber of Secret alone to save Ginny from the Basilisk. At 14, he was overwhelmed with guilt when Cedric was killed and he failed to save him. By the end, he went out of his way to save Malfoy even though he was his enemy over the five years. He always prioritize his friends over himself, and he even risks his life to save someone who bullied him for years,He is very compassionate and empathetic, especially with the ones he loves.He never showed discrimination towards any traditionally stigmatized races. He saved Peter Pettigrew from Sirius and Remus even though Peter betrayed his parents. , although he couldn't remember his parents, he would be very emotional each time his parents were mentioned: in the Mirror of Erised, fighting the Dementors, in front of his parents’ grave or using the Resurrection Stone.He is sassy. He shows extraordinary leadership skills. He effectively led Dumbledore’s Army not that he would admit to it.

He has a hot temper. He is moody. Sometimes he looses his temper in front of the people closest to him. Sometimes he freely talked to authoritative figures very rudely, when he thought they were wrong. His behavior in Snape’s and Umbridge’s class led him to detentions.He lacks intellectual curiosity, and sometimes lazy. He copied Ron’s homework, played hangman with Ron in Professor Binn’s class, made up dreams for Divination diaries and relied on Hermione to push him into studying. But at the same time, he was very street smart, in contrast to Hermione’s book smart.He is terrible, terrible with girls. He can be really impulsive and irrational, he acts before he thinks

Everyone knows the story.. so I'm gonna be very brief !!

Baby Harry Potter was born to James and lily Potter. A prophecy was made which send them to hiding under a fidelius charm where Peter Pettigrew was the secret keeper. He gave the address to Voldemort who attacked them and killed the elder Potters but could not kill harry because of Lily's sacrificial love. Sirius lost his coo land chased after Peter where the latter staged his death while also killing 13 muggles in a blast and Sirius was framed as the killer and sent to Azkaban.

Little Harry was then sent to live with his muggle aunt and uncles' family who already had a son same age as him. The raised him though he was treated as a servant and he was often starved. He had show na few instances of magic but he never didnknow that he was a wizard until Hagrid told him so on is 11th birthday. Leaving behind the Dursleys, Harry went to Diagon Alley and got his school supplies along with his wand and that was when he came to know of Vodemort and their wand connection.

He was sorted into Gryffindor though the hat had considered Slytherin also. He made friends with Ron Weasley while on their train ride and became rivals with one Draco Malfoy almost from the moment they met. His DADA professor stutters a lot and his potions professor hates him and their transfiguration prof was not one to mess with. He had got into the quidditch team as a seeker when his head of house had seen him dive a fifty foot dive when they were supposed to be on the ground. breaking rules always ended up being rewarding to him and he had a lot of luck that people would often envy and one such time was when they had gotten themselves to face a troll and still came out unscathed. And that was when the Golden trio was formed. The trio often got into trouble and one such time was when they were caught after the curfew and had to go to a detention in the Forbidden forest. That was when Harry first encountered Voldemort when the latter was feeding on Unicorn blood. The trio had came to the conclusion that the Philosophers stone was being hidden in the third floor corridor and that Snape was trying to steal it. But in the end they find out that it was Quirrell and he had been the one who tried to harm Harry all through the year whereas Snape was the one saving him.

In the summer before his second year a house elf named Dobby paid visit to him whilst living with the Durseleys' and has warned him to not return to Hogwarts. the elf performed magic which caused him to get a warning from the MOM for performing underage magic. The Dursley's locked him up in the room and given that he did not respond, Ron and his brothers came in a flying car to rescue and went to the Burrow. The Weasley family had unofficially adopted him as their own and he stayed there for the rest of his summer. He used floo travel for the first time and ended up in Borgin and Burkes. Met Gildeory Lockhart and was dragged for a photo for DP. could not go through the barrier at kingscross and used the flying car to reach hogwarts. on his first detention he heard a voice through the walls. that day the message that the chamber of secrets was opened was written on the walls. later on students started to get petrified and Harry had been followed by a rogue bludger in the quidditch match. he was named as the heir of slytherin when he spoke parsletongue in the duelling club. the yhad sneaked into the slytherin house hoping that it was Malfoy who was the heir, but failed to get any info. Harry finds a ddiary of Tom Riddle who shows him a memory of Hagrid being the culprit the last time the chamber was opened. Harry loses the diary and at the same time Hermione had been petrified and she had figured out that it was a basilisk which was the creature in the chamber. Ginny was taken into the chamber itself and thus Harry and Ron along with Gilderoy to the chamber where the latter tries to oblivate usng Ron's broken wand and hits himself with the same spell.harry proceeds further and comes face to face with Tom Riddle who came out of the book by feeding on Ginny. he fought the basilisk with the sword of Gryffindor with Fawkes help and stabs the diary with the teeth of the basilisk.

Harry returns back to Privet Drive and deals with Aunt marge and after hearing spiteful words against his parents he performs accidental magic and ends up bloating her and he runs away fro mthe house. He takes a bus to the leaky and stays in one of the rooms til lthe end of his summer. he came to know that a mass murdered Sirius Black has escaped the wizarding prison. he takes up divination as an elective and the professor enjoyed predicting his death in every single lesson. He learns the patronus charm from Professor Lupin and knows that his boggart is a dementor and that was why those creatures effect him a lot.
